Director of Engineering

We are looking for a senior technology leader to drive the delivery, reliability and evolution of mission-critical platforms in a financial services environment.

This role offers the chance to shape a durable technical foundation, partner closely with product and business leaders, and lead teams delivering solutions that will set the standard for the future of FinTech.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Engineering, DevOps, QA and Infrastructure divisions across EU
• Own end-to-end software delivery and platform performance
• Drive modern engineering practices (cloud, microservices, CI/CD)
• Ensure scalability, security, and operational excellence
• Collaborate with Product, Operations and senior leadership
• Manage budgets, resources, and technology strategy

Requirements:

• 10+ years in software engineering, including leadership roles
• Strong experience with modern architectures and cloud platforms
• Proven track record managing cross-functional tech teams
• Experience in high-availability or regulated environments is a plus
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Willingness to travel (EU and occasional visits to the US)
