Senior Sales Executive

About the role

As the business continues to grow, we are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Sales Executive (hunter) to help identify and secure new business opportunities. You will work closely with Client Growth Partners, who specialize in uncovering client needs, identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities and supporting business development activities through industry events, conferences, knowledge-sharing initiatives and client meetings.

The role requires traveling abroad 1-2 times/month. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business leads within target industries (aviation, healthcare, finance, telecommunications, media, IT, lottery and travel). 
  • Take ownership of the entire sales process, from prospect identification, initial outreach through negotiations and contract signing.
  • Shaping and executing growth strategies by defining industry-specific objectives and business targets. 
  • Represent the company to prospective clients and key decision-makers while continuously refining go-to-market approaches.
  • Driving revenue growth, achieving sales targets, maintaining accurate pipeline management within the CRM system and providing regular forecasts and market insights.
  • Building and maintaining strong executive-level relationships, creating trusted partnerships with international corporate stakeholders and C-level decision-makers.
  • Facilitate a seamless handover of newly acquired accounts and projects to the growth and delivery teams.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in international environment
  • Strong business development experience in customer-centric digital and technology-driven services across one or more of the target industries.
  • Expertise in developing and implementing successful business development strategies
  • Ability to confidently navigate both business and technology discussions, effectively connecting client needs with solution capabilities.
  • Ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities through customer and market insights.
  • Experience managing complex, multi-country sales initiatives and stakeholder environments.
  • Fluent communication & relationship-building skills in English and Hungarian.
