Quality Engineer - Risk Management

About the role:
We’re looking for a dedicated and skilled Quality Engineer to join our client’s team  as a Risk Management Specialist. In this position, you'll lead the implementation of risk management strategies and ensure alignment with relevant industry regulations. 

Your knowledge will be essential in reducing potential risks and enhancing overall product quality. You’ll oversee risk management activities, provide training and guidance to teams, and encourage effective collaboration across departments.

Tasks:

• Leading FMEA / RAs in manufacturing business - monitoring & reviewing actions
• Provide guidance, training, and coaching to teams on risk management methodologies 
• Coordination of risk management topics between different sites (e.g. Lessons Learned)
• Take an active role in risk management-related projects
• Prepare & deliver status updates and reports on FMEA and Risk Assessment activities

Requirements:

• BSc / MSc degree (Quality, engineering /other Technical field)
• 1-3 years relevant work experience
• FMEA methodology know how
• Confident English and Hungarian language skills 
• Analytical and critical way of thinking
• Strong communication skills & proactive approach 
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational and planning abilities
• Commitment to continuous improvement
