Quality System Engineer

Southeast Pest County

We are looking for an experienced Quality System Engineer for our stable, internationally owned electronics manufacturing partner located in Southeast Pest County.

You will be responsible for designing, maintaining, and continuously improving the company’s quality management system.

Responsibilities 

• Oversee and maintain the site's Quality Management System in compliance with IATF 16949:2016 and ISO 9001:2015
• Plan and execute internal audits
• Coordinate second- and third-party audit processes
• Monitor nonconformity corrections and drive continuous improvement initiatives; verify effectiveness of corrective actions
• Train and support staff on QMS principles and practices
• Lead quality improvement projects and process optimization efforts
• Ensure proper document control and compliance with documentation requirements
• Support management review processes, including preparation, analysis, and reporting

Requirements

• BSc or MSc in Engineering or Quality field
• Fluent in Hungarian
• At least intermediate level of English
• Minimum 5 years of experience in quality management systems
• Knowledge of IATF 16949 internal audit, VDA 6.3 process audit and ISO 9001 standards and auditing methods
• Proficient in quality tools such as PDCA, 5 Whys, 8D, APQP, FMEA, and PPAP
• Experience in semiconductor or EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Services) industries is a plus
