Solution Engineer (C++ / Golang / Python)

Budapest, District V. - hybrid work model (3 days/week on-site)

Solution Engineer (C++ / Golang / Python)

Responsibilities

• Participate in the development and maintenance of our large-scale, distributed storage platform.

• Interface with the users of the system to understand their use-cases and assist them in making the best use of our tools and platforms

• Research best practices and propose feature specifications for our platform roadmap

• Develop and maintain features and tools that complement our core platform offering

Requirements

• University Degree, preferably in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related fields.

• At least 3-4 years of work experience.

• Strong (English) communications skills and experience working in a global environment

• Expertise in Software Life Cycle management methodologies and tools, including Git and JIRA (required)

• Expertise in C/C++, and/or Go and/or Python (at least one required)

• UNIX/Linux (required).

• Knowledge on the design and development of large-scale, distributed storage systems (desirable)
