Our partner is an innovative, international IT services and consulting company, creating complete wealth management solutions. They are seeking a new colleague to join them from Hungary and work closely with the leaders, software engineers and marketing professionals. 

Senior CRM Specialist (Hubspot) 

(project based, contractor opportunity - Hungary) 

About your role 

If you are experienced in managing multiple projects specialized in Hubspot Implementation and Configuration, this is a great opportunity for you. You will help with the setup, configuration and optimization of HubSpot to support marketing, sales, and client engagement workflows. 

We are looking for you: 

  • If you are successfully delivered multiple projects specialized in Hubspot implementation and configuration. 
  • If you have fluent English and native Hungarian language skills. 
  • If you have worked at IT companies, digital agencies or marketing companies. ● If you are open to project based (40 hours for start) international contractor work 

Your tasks: 

Initial Setup & Architecture 

  • Configure HubSpot CRM structure (contacts, companies, deals, pipelines) 
  • Design lifecycle stages and lead statuses aligned with business processes 
  • Customize properties, fields, and data models 
  • Set up user permissions and roles 

Sales & Pipeline Configuration 

  • Build and optimize deal pipelines (e.g., prospect → qualified → closed) ● Configure lead routing, assignment rules, and scoring models 
  • Implement task automation and sales workflows 
  • Set up email templates, sequences, and tracking 

Marketing Automation 

  • Build and deploy marketing workflows (lead nurturing, onboarding, drip campaigns) 
  • Configure forms, landing pages, and CTAs 
  • Set up email marketing infrastructure and segmentation 
  • Integrate with website and campaign tracking tools 

Reporting & Analytics 

  • Design dashboards for sales, marketing, and executive reporting 
  • Build activity tracking reports (calls, meetings, conversions) 
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports 
  • Provide recommendations for KPI tracking and optimization 

Integrations & Data Management

  • Integrate HubSpot with third-party tools (e.g., website CMS, calendar, email, custodial or portfolio systems if relevant) 
  • Import, clean, and deduplicate data 
  • Establish data governance best practices 
  • Ensure compliance with privacy and data regulations
