Software Support Engineer

(full remote with 1-2 on-site days/month)

Our partner is a Finnish-Hungarian, fast-growing blockchain company serving multinational banks, investors and regulators across the EU. They are developing and launching the world's first blockchain based regulatory compliance platform for top banking clients across the EU. 

They are looking for a Software Support Engineer to join their growing Client Support and Delivery team. If you’re passionate about delivering complex financial solutions, engaging with clients, and working at the crossroads of finance and technology, this is your opportunity.

Responsibilities 

• Handling/answering questions arriving from the clients related to software products, and  resolving them in cooperation with the development team 
• Recording, tracking and processing incoming error reports
• Collaborate with Engineering team
• Preparation of presentations, documentations, customer related training materials
• Organizing and conducting client trainings
• Providing Support and Maintenance activities

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in software support
• Working knowledge of enterprise software systems including databases such as Oracle, MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL
• Exceptional customer service approach
• Ability to analyze technical issues, enterprise software logs
• Technical education or equivalent professional experience
• Excellent English communication skills
• Strong analytical & communication skills

Bonus points

• Business level knowledge of German/French/Spanish language 
• Experience supporting customers in the banking sector (e.g. risk and treasury areas)
• SaaS implementation experience
