Senior DevOps Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer who is committed to high-quality work and brings strong expertise in designing new systems, enhancing existing infrastructure, and leading the resolution of infrastructure-related issues.

The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of cloud architecture and hands-on experience with IT infrastructure development, maintenance, and day-to-day operations. They welcome curious, purpose-driven innovators who think beyond conventions and are motivated by meaningful, high-impact challenges.

Responsibilities 

• Design, deploy, and operate Azure-based and hybrid infrastructure
• Architect and maintain Kubernetes platforms and workloads
• Manage on-prem servers (Ansible), including monitoring and alerting
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub), following GitOps principles
• Manage Terraform infrastructure code
• Deploy and operate applications using Helm and ArgoCD
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting across cloud and on-prem environments
• Manage PostgreSQL databases (access control, backups,performance tuning)
• Define and optimize blob storage strategies and data lifecycle management
• Apply security best practices (Microsoft Entra, SSO, and RBAC)
• Troubleshoot production issues and lead incident resolution
• Mentor engineers and provide technical guidance

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Azure, Kubernetes, cloud-native architectures
• Proficiency in Python and/or PowerShell scripting
• Advanced Linux (Ubuntu) expertise; working knowledge of Windows environments
• Proven experience with Terraform, Ansible, Helm and ArgoCD
• Solid understanding of networking concepts (VNETs, firewalls, network policies)
• Production experience operating PostgreSQL databases
• Hands-on experience with Azure Blob Storage and data lifecycle management
• Experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub, and Git-based workflows
• Strong problem-solving skills with a production-focused mindset
• Fluent English communication skills
• Ownership mindset with proactive, can-do attitude
