We are looking for a Problem-Solving Expert for our stable, internationally owned electronics manufacturing partner located in Southeast Pest County. In this position, you will take ownership of quality, cost, and timing issues that arise during serial production.

Responsibilities 

• Design and implement preventive actions to eliminate recurring errors, ensuring their effectiveness over time
• Track, analyze, and communicate key production quality and process performance metrics
• Identify and escalate material-related risks that may disrupt manufacturing operations
• Perform regular assessments to verify process compliance and robustness
• Coordinate and guide cross-functional teams to resolve issues raised by internal and external stakeholders
• Oversee structured problem-resolution activities from root cause analysis through corrective actions

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical or quality field
• Native-level Hungarian and proficient in English
• Hands-on experience with quality management tools such as 8D, Ishikawa, 5 Whys, FMEA, SPC, etc.
• Strong presentation and interpersonal communication skills
• Six Sigma certification is a plus
