Test Engineer

About the role: 

As a Test Engineer, you’ll keep electronic testing devices and equipment running smoothly, while supporting effective maintenance in a dynamical production environment. You’ll help develop and improve test solutions for new products, and take part in installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting instruments and equipment.

Tasks:

• Improve the efficiency and reliability of testing machines, equipment, and instruments.
• Carry out assigned tasks within test engineering projects.
• Oversee and track test engineering processes, propose improvements and implement approved changes.
• Take ownership of test equipment KPIs and manage documentation.
• Support production (eliminating rework, reducing scrap, preventing customer complaints).
• Contribute to new product introduction (control plans, process flow charts, FMEA).
• Provide training for maintenance technicians.
• When required, provide standby support to ensure uninterrupted production.

Requirements:

• BSc degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
• At least 3 years of experience in electrical measurement or development
• Basic understanding of electrical parameters
• Experience in a multinational environment is an advantage.
• Solution-oriented mindset with strong analytical skills 
• Proactive and independent working style
• Excellent communication skills

• Fluency in Hungarian and professional English language skills
