Senior Project Engineer (Industry 4.0, factory digitalization)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Engineer to spearhead the digitalization of production processes and oversee the rollout of new solutions. In this project management role, you will take ownership of scope, timeline, and budget, leading a dedicated I4A pillar/track while shaping site strategy and driving roadmap execution.

Responsibilities 

• Drive the digitalization of production processes by implementing solutions that boost efficiency and productivity.
• Manage projects end-to-end, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to identify opportunities, build business cases, and deliver digital solutions.
• Ensure seamless integration with existing systems while meeting quality and security requirements.
• Monitor and evaluate digital solutions, continuously improving performance and processes.

Requirements

• BSc degree in IT, Electrical or Industrial Engineering.
• 3+ years of experience, ideally in a factory environment, with strong interest in digitalization.
• Skilled in driving initiatives, presenting on global platforms and collaborating with stakeholders.
• Proactivity with strong presentation and communication skills
• Project management experience in factory digitalization preferred.
• Fluent in English for daily technical discussions.
