MES Specialist

We are looking for an MES expert to own and advance our client’s MES solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize requirements, manage project plans, and configure/customize MES to meet business needs.

Responsibilities 

• Design, deploy, and enhance MES solutions that drive innovation and boost manufacturing efficiency.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to gather, prioritize, and translate MES project requirements into actionable plans.
• Prepare and manage detailed project schedules, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful MES delivery.
• Configure and tailor MES systems to meet business objectives, industry regulations and standards.
• Ensure seamless MES integration with other enterprise systems for a streamlined manufacturing process.
• Monitor data and performance metrics to uncover improvement opportunities and fine-tune MES functionality.
• Lead digitalization initiatives and oversee the rollout of new solutions across manufacturing operations.

Requirements

• University degree in Engineering, ideally with a focus on IT or Electrical Engineering.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in MES, background in semiconductor or electrical manufacturing is an advantage.
• Proven expertise in equipment integration solutions and automation, including implementation within MES environments.
• Passion for digitalization and innovation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on improving efficiency and productivity
• Excellent communication skills and project management abilities
• Proficient in English at a business level, confident in engaging in daily technical discussions with international stakeholders.
