The company serves key markets including automotive, industrial and consumer sectors. They are looking for new colleagues to join their innovative IT support team in Hungary.

IT System Support Engineer 

About the role: 

In this role you will ensure smooth and secure operation of the company's IT systems, troubleshoot complex issues, lead projects, and support colleagues. As a Support Engineer, you will integrate new and existing machines into Factory Integration Target Solutions and Systems.

Tasks:

• Manage data collection and prepare project-related documentation
• Initiate information gathering by requesting quotations 
• Set up hardware configurations between various industrial machines and data systems
• Configure software settings and provide support across different industrial platforms and systems
• Manage user application support
• Maintain and update all required system documentation
• Train end users on both local and central Factory Integration solution systems
• Participate in on-call operational support 

Requirements:

• BSc degree in IT, Electrical Engineering or equivalent field
• 1–2 years of relevant professional experience (recent graduates are also encouraged to apply)
• Solid understanding of programming languages, such as C#
• Fluent in Hungarian and confident English language skills

Huge plus:

• Familiarity with standard communication interfaces
• Knowledge of LabVIEW
