System Support Engineer 

About the role: 

We are seeking a skilled System Integration and Support Engineer with a passion for technology and motivation for working with complex systems.

You will play a key role in delivering reliable IT support and integration projects.

As part of a motivated global team, you will help the company to manage stable and high-quality applications.

Tasks:

• Provide support for complex systems, including MES 
• Diagnose and resolve system-related technical problems
• Contribute to projects, ensuring the effective rollout of new systems and technologies
• Work closely with stakeholders to define and prioritize integration and support requirements
• Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge resources
• Offer technical guidance and expertise to stakeholders
• Guarantee reliable operation of IT systems and infrastructure
• Participate in on-call operational support 

Requirements:

• BSc. degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline
• 2+ years of relevant professional experience
• In-depth knowledge of Windows, Oracle database management, and performance optimization
• Experience with scripting languages
• Solid technical background with confident organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable working with stakeholders at all levels
• Team player with a positive and proactive attitude
• Fluency in both English and Hungarian

Huge plus:

• Background in test automation
• Familiarity with MES applications such as Camstar/Opcenter
